School Fees

Fees once paid will not be refunded.
The fee book is to be presented in the bank while making payment. If lost Rs. 10/- will be charged for a duplicate one.
School fee is payable in Cheque or Online(from e-Care panel) only. All Public holidays will be holidays for the bank.
School fee will be collected in four installments.
Cheques if bounced under any circumstances will amount to no payment of fee for which a fine of Rs. 200/- will be charged.
Receipt book of fee is an important document to be kept safely and produced as and when required by the school to reconcile accounts.
School fee is subject to an increase of 8% every year.
Payment Hours: 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on working days only at Central Bank of India, Chhoti Baradari, Patiala.
All fees should be deposited by 10th of the month. If the last date happens to be a Bank holiday, fee must be paid on the preceding working day. From 11th onwards Late Fee Rs. 25/- will be charged per week.
In case of failure to make the payment on time due to unavoidable reasons, you are requested to inform the authorities in writing. Annual charges have to be paid every year in four installments.
Parents are requested to fill in the fee challan carefully:- Cheque No., Date, Drawn Bank, Bank Branch. You are free to pay the fee for more than one quarter at a time.
