A good teacher is the soul, the treasure, and the jewel of her students, of the family and her country. With an expression replete with gratitude and admiration, teachers’ day was celebrated in the school with full vim and vigor. The event kicked off with invoking Lord’s blessings, lamp lighting and special prayers done by Rev Principal, teachers and students. Students put their sincere efforts to make this day special by conducting a special assembly. Nimble footed dancers well expressed their love for teachers through fusion dance and bhangra performance. A well scripted speech delivered by a student truly depicted students’ gratitude towards their teacher’s genuine concern in transforming their lives and nurturing them with values and affection. The ecstatic invocation song by the School Choir reflected that significance of a teacher in student’s life.
